we have a software program to manage the administration of the
athletic meet or any other sport event,
we can make a connection between this Athletics Manager computer and
the MacFinish photo-finish computer to transfer all data fast
and errorless. This can be done by means of a simple serial cable,
modems to extend the cable length to hundreds of meters or even
a wireless transmission if this would help you.
The
advantages are extreme!
No
more reading or typing errors in your result sheets. Do not
forget you will
have to process
hundreds of results for each meet or event.
You
will gain a lot of time to present all results, which is appreciated
not
only by the athletes, but also by the general public and
even more by the media. You
will have to print less or no participant sheets anymore, again

if there are late modifications to any racedetails
(heat #, lane #, participant ID , etc) you will not
have any

because the MacFinish operator will receive the latest
update live from the Athletics Manager database, which will overrule
the
