The
MacFinish II ethernet is a combination of the practical 3x500
pixel monoline CCD-sensor of the MacFinish
II SCSI, and the extremely powerfull digital electronics from
the MacFinish III.
This
means that the camera is, just like the MacFinish III, a complete
photo-finish system with up to 2 Gbyte internal
memory and is connected to the PC by means of a high speed
100 Mbits/s ethernet cable. One cable to the MacFinish interface
box provides
power from a 12Vdc battery, the startsignal from the startpistol
and the finish signal from automatic
photocells.
 Of
course we also deliver an arrival control box so that the operator
can disable or even manually
generate
the finish-signal.
The latest MacFinish 7.x software also provides an overview
window, extended result table, color calibration, buttons
for split timing,
many timing scoreboard drivers,
automatic WindSpeed reading, Athletics Manager
communication, etc.
It
is therefore the ideal choice for the professional operator
for athletic federations,
international athletic meets, horse races or greyhound
races.
